Abstract
There are numerous narrations in Sunni books that were agreed upon by all of the Muslims before the emergence of Wahhabism. When Wahhabism appeared, since most of the narrations were not in line with their believes, they started to cast doubts on the chains of narrations in order to reject them. One of these narrations that oppose their thoughts is the narration of Abu Ayub Ansari’s plea to the Shrine of prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H). He was a great companion of The Prophet. This narration differs from their thinking in various ways, so they question its validity. In this writing, we review the doubts casted by Wahhabis on the chain and textual implication of this narration.
