A quick survey on naming the Wahhabis as Ahl al-Sunnah and Jamaat, Najiya Sect, Reformed Da'wah, Hanbali, Salafi and Ahl-Athar

Abstract
Appellations and names are among the elements that have a rhetorical function and is considered as a tool of power among sects and religions. these names and appellations have been constantly at the focus of sects and denominations. From the first days of emergence of Wahhabism until now, Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab and his followers have used ostentatiously appellations for themselves. Some of these appellations are as the following: Ahl al-Sunnah and Jamaat, Najiya Sect, the Victor Sect, Islah & Da'wa, the followers of Hanbali, Salafi and Athari. This article tries to trace the beginning of this appellations, its circulations, and its goals, mentioning the viewpoint of Wahhabi critics on these appellations.
