Abstract
Hizb ut-Tahrir is a movement founded in Middle East some decades ago. This party is based on Islam and its goal is to revive Islam. This party, like other Salafi groups such as Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda, Taliban, has adapted a sort of radical policy, and fights against manifestations of modernity and western sociopolitical system. But the main focus of this group is on Islamic governing and revival of Islamic caliphate. The ideology of Jihad is the main criteria and weapon of this party. Considering democracy a system of disbelief and a human system not based on divine revelation, Hizb ut-Tahrir believes that the Muslim societies, despite being Muslim have mixed their teachings with those of the west and their own ethnic. And because most of these teachings are against Islam and the rules of the Sharia, this will lead to deviation from Islam and tendency toward disbelief, so jihad against them will be obligatory. However, according to their leaders, learning military industries in any form from west is allowed, since there is no explicit textual injunction regarding forbidding this issue.
